Front Of House & Event Personnel

At CRS our main aim is to leave your customers and guests with a positive impression of their experience at your venue, party or event.

We will undertake a full risk assessment and health & safety survey on all our proposed venues prior to any contract starting.

Our SIA licensed, trained and reliable team of Door Supervisors will take ownership of the entire establishment, ensuring a safe and secure environment in which people can enjoy themselves.

Our Door supervisors are all trained and experienced in customer service, conflict management, drug awareness, physical intervention, first aid and people skills. They are also expected to be highly organised, disciplined and are at ease controlling any situations both professionally and discreetly. Engaging with the emergency services if required.

All our doormen have a concierge approach and ensure a warm welcome is always extended to all staff and customers alike, which we believe immediately coveys what behaviour is expected in your venue, party or event.

We prefer that our front of house team will always be recognised and greeted by name, which can only be achieved through a consistent level of service.

We must be the perfect brand ambassadors for your venue or event and understand that our staff can be the difference between the successes over your competitors and helping you stand out for all the right reasons.
